 Center educators often found the utilization of the QikKids program daunting due to the lack of formal training provided. However, since engaging Clarissa and Advanced CCS Solutions, our experience with the QikKids system has been transformed, resulting in significant improvements to our overall revenue. Previously unbeknownst to us, various reports within QikKids were yielding multiple errors that hindered our receipt of the full Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements we were eligible for.
